Amplion Taps Frank Grant as New Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Cisco Veteran Brings Healthcare Expertise, Executive Leadership to Propel Growth
(FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE) NASHVILLE, Tenn., – September 16, 2013 – Amplion Clinical Communications (Amplion) today announced that Frank Grant has been named Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
In his role, Grant will oversee the company’s sales, business development and marketing efforts. Formerly, Jeff Gould served in this position. Gould now transitions to Chief Strategy Officer for Amplion.
Grant brings more than 30 years of integrated sales and marketing experience in the healthcare and technology industries, and has a strong history of growing businesses.

Prior to joining Amplion, Grant served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Adreima, a Phoenix, Ariz.-based privately-held company, providing revenue-cycle and reimbursement services to U.S. hospitals. He led Adreima’s expansion efforts to 16 states and increased sales 38 percent year over year, as well as completely reorganized the company’s sales and marketing approach.
Previously, Grant spent more than a decade with technology juggernaut, Cisco Systems, where he held various leadership roles among multiple departments including operations and sales, and as Executive Director of North American Healthcare, during his last three years with the company.

Grant holds a Master’s in Business Management and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn. He finished his Master’s with distinction as Beta Gamma Sigma, among the top 15 percent of his class and completed his undergraduate years with honors. Additionally, he has past and active board service with numerous organizations including the Healthcare Security Alliance, HITRUST, Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, the Nashville Technology Council, and First Church Unity.
